Muna & I have prepared a wonderful half day retreat.

✨This is a much awaited collaboration with Muna providing Channelled Sound Healing, & Tim Jones who’ll facilitate a nourishing Yin yoga practice, all held within a high-vibrational orgone grid.

✨Specific sounds played then the invitation to sound Muna’s song Restore & Replenish as a group as we set our intentions to release what no longer serves us, and call in our own healing and ascension.

✨This session will be an orgone-infused amp gridded space amplifying the sound frequencies. With an in deeply healing sounding circle to acknowledge what you’ve released and replenish body, mind heart & soul.
